How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5.95 for all orders under $39.99 within the continental U.S. and completely FREE for all orders over $39.99. For international orders, shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $69.99, and FREE for orders over $69.99!
How Long Until I Receive My Order?
All of our products ship within 24 hours via UPS or USPS with a tracking number. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships! After the order leaves our warehouse, it usually takes around 4 business days to arrive.
What Is A Free Trial Offer?
We sometimes run free trial offers where a free bottle of our product is offered for customers who sign up for the subscribe and save renewal option. In these offers, the first bottle is completely free (just pay shipping), then customers receive a new bottle every 30 days at our standard subscribe and save discount (20% off). Subscription options can be canceled at any time directly through our website by logging into your account, or by emailing us at support@curvwellness.com. Subscribers who cancel within the first 30 days of purchase of a free trial offer will not be billed for a renewal.
Can I Replace A Damaged Or Incorrect Order?
Yes! We will replace your order free of charge if it is damaged or incorrect. If this situation occurs, simply contact customer support via email at support@curvwellness.com. For our complete return policy, please visit the link at the bottom of this page.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, if for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order please email support@curvwellness.com. Orders can generally only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, before they are shipped.
